  • Initiate external search;
  • Contact sources and potential candidates.

3 step

  • Identify and screen candidates;
  • Conduct preliminary references.

4 step

  • Qualify and interview candidates by phone and/or in-person;
  • Assess and present candidates;
  • Deliver status reports and conduct status calls with client.

5 step

  • Complete the referencing process including background checks, past employment and education verification;
  • Deliver short-list to Client;
  • Continue to engage backup candidates;
  • Offer negotiations & candidate counseling.

6 step

  • Manage schedules and logistics;
  • Assist in transition and monitor newly
    situated talent over the next year.
